Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, we do not provide the ability for our customers to come pick up their display orders. Our process is to deliver on the requested date and within the delivery window selected. We pride ourselves on ensuring that the display is set up as desired and works as expected. 

  • Yes, absolutely. Rent the display for as long as you want, provided it is available on your required dates.

  • Other than the cost of rental for each display and a delivery and set up fee, we charge a fixed security deposit for any potential damages to the display. This deposit is fully refundable provided our team is satisfied with the display upon pick up. Your deposited will be returned within 3 - 5 business days.

  • No, our displays are lit using solar power. When our team delivers and sets up the display, the battery will be fully charged and will provide power to the LED lights up to 8 hours. If need be, the delivery team can set up the solar charging station to continuously charge the lights during the day.

  • No need to take any action. Our displays are waterproof and have been carefully sealed to ensure that they can withstand outdoor elements, especially in the case of rain. We ask that you turn the lights off and ensure that the lights' remotes are carefully put away inside each respective display.

  • When you rent a display, you will pay a 50% deposit and the balance will be payable on the delivery date. The rental payment will include the deposit, the delivery fee, and the refundable security deposit. 

  • You can cancel anytime, however, deposits are only returned if you cancel no less than 5 days from your anticipated delivery date. 

  • Yes, our displays are waterproof.

  • Unfortunately, we have no control over the weather. If your event is cancelled due to inclement weather, provided you informed no less than 5 days prior to your event, we can refund your deposit. If you decided to still have your event, but move it indoors, notify us immediately, and provided it is within our working hours and less than 3 hours of your event start time, our team can assist with moving the display for you.

  • At this time, we can only offer the Love Set, comprising 4 tall lit letters. We are feverishly working around the clock to fabricate an entire alphabet, including special characters. Soon you'll be able to spell out custom words or even sentences. Stay tuned for updates.
